Said they had to have the money up front for the cabinets that I ordered which was two 21x30 upper cabinets 133x30 upper cabinet 136x30 upper cabinet and 133x15 upper cabinet totaling $1,118.25 paid it with cash have the receipt this was on the 17th of September 2022 today is October 1st we were told it would only take 2 weeks to get the cabinets in so I made a phone call called the person they claim that the cabinets were damaged in the storm and they have to do a claim to get the cabinets reordered I said I don't have time to wait for that I'll just have to ask for a refund and get someone else to do it he claims he cannot refund me he has to do a claim for a refund so I don't feel that I should have to wait being a businessman he should have the funds available to give a refund. Resolution Sought I would like you to find out why I have to wait to get my money's refunded and try and get my money's refunded to me.
