I sent a few coins and silver jewelry to be evaluated and then sold. I sent it in a box that was pre labeled by them. I sent it on July 29th. I have the usps tracking label. I wrote a letter inquiring about the sent items a few weeks ago and have received no response. There was 2 Kennedy coins that I want returned and the other jewelry also. I never received any quotes related to value. Give me a quote or return what I have pictures. Resolution Sought I want a quote. If it is not satisfactory, I want all the items returned ASAP. I insured the package with usps.

Hi Sylvia, We have been trying to reach you since July. The phone number that was entered when you registered is not complete so we have no phone number to call you. We did receive your written letter and we sent you an email. A check has been mailed to you for the coins, you can choose to send us back the check and we can send you the coins back to you or accept the check for the coins.
