Ordered part...first purchase. Received faulty part. Called company was prepared to purchase a considerable purchase but denied reimbursement because of no reference. I used a credit card and will have a paper trail in mail. Resolution Sought I want the part accepted back and refund made. Their customer satisfaction is 1.5 percent!
