CJs Custom Greens LLC complaints

We initially had a real problem with "creeping Charlie" weeds and Corey from CJ's met with us and explained to us that he would have to hit it hard in the Spring and fall. We agreed to have him come out 4 times per year to both fertilize and treat for weeds.... Especially "creeping Charlie" for $65. per treatment. Last year he did fine, but this year, 2021, has been horrible. The first time they treated for weeds but totally neglected our back yard right behind our house, so weeds returned. I told Zack from CJ's who was there to fertilize, and he called Corey. He then spot sprayed something, but it wasn't the correct spray for Creeping Charlie, so it was ineffective and the weeds kept multiplying. I later called and left a message but no one responded. The last time Zack came out I showed him AGAIN how throughout the summer the creeping Charlie was taking over and complained to him about it. He even took pictures to SHOW Corey. However, Corey NEVER took the time to even respond to us! We must have called and left messages at least 5 times, even warning about a BBB complaint. He never answered, called, or came out. Besides the fact that he did not do the job we had been paying him to do, the business incompetence of poor communication with customers is appalling. He sent a bill dated 8-26-21 of $74.75, "against" our established agreement of $65., and for a job that wasn't even done. Weeds STILL there!! Yard looks unhealthy. He is FIRED! We owe him $0. 00. ! Resolution Sought Corey needs to send a final receipt that there is a $0. balance to CJ's . We will now have to pay someone else to do the job he SHOULD have done.
