On February 11, 2022, we hired CK Movers (Charlie and Kim) to move the contents from our old home to our new home. We are an elderly couple who are antique collectors and build and sell dollhouses. We continued to live between both houses until we could remove all of our belongings. After the move we started noticing missing items. These items include furniture, clothing, jewelry, shoes, and linen. We contacted the movers, who of course denied everything, and attributed our losses to disorganization, I guess due to our age. We contacted the police, but without proof, there was nothing they could do, of which I'm sure the movers are aware. They also suggested that we were not being truthful. We have no reason to lie about our losses. Resolution Sought Return our belongings.

We have spoken to the customer and Sheriff department in regards to these claims and as stated, in our 7 years of business, our crew/team leader has never not inspected the moving truck after a move. In a few cases, we've had screws, a remote for a TV, a power cable remain on the truck but never have a customer complained about furniture, dishes, shoes, clothes, and a doll house disappearing. We've done honest business over the years to come. I'm happy to answer any other questions you have in regards to this matter.
