Customer Complaint

11/22/2021

On 11/19/2021. 3:50 pm. I cashed a check at customer service, they shorted me $100 of my check. when confronted, bought it to her and the manager Rebecca attention, they disrespectfully talked down to me; told me not to come back said it was normal and said it happens all the time. Very poor customer service, it was done deliberately, do to a phone call I took a the moment, along with the cashier trying to keep my receipt , so I wouldn't have a part of my proof of what I was due back , I had to ask for it, I asked them was it standard practice , and was told it happens all the time, very unprofessional, and the manager Rebecca asked me in a threatening manner with hand motioning, do I want to make something of it , told me to do something about it , the cashier knew she was busted and management upheld the error, this store is taking advantage of the customers outright!!! Resolution Sought Give me the money shorted. Remove the thieves from positions that require them to handle the paying customers money that pays there salaries!!
