ClaimTek surpassed expectations for training and services

The Med Office trainer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Training seemed to fly by as we completed multiple sessions per week as the set up and data entry came naturally for me. When a question arose, I could email her and she would get back to me with the answer I needed. Jennifer was very down to earth and easy to work with in getting to know the software and understand how it worked. I know we didn't get to actually applying paid amounts from the insurance as system wasn't set up with a clearing house. I know this will be a step that will need to come back too once a client is obtained. The Dent Office trainer has been great to work with on understanding the dental side of the software. A few more steps that are needed to file a claim but nothing that wasn't easily understood. Any questions that I have had she has been very quick to get back to me and help me understand. Also, been able to talk with her recently about the nuances of the dental world and how to understand how to approach practices. She was very helpful with discussing different avenues on how to find prospects. The Marketing trainer was well versed in the marketing side of the business. I still go back to the presentation and review the finer details of how to market the business. This is something that is new to me and I have been diving into. The information that was given has been extremely helpful as I start this new venture. Everyone on the ClaimTek team that I have worked with during my training has been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have enjoyed learning from each one and am thankful that they have been a part of this journey.
