We put a great amount of time and effort into researching billing software and practice management package options before selecting ClaimTek. The research covered cold-calling many different billing companies to talk about the software and programs they were using and the pluses and minuses they felt existed within the software, programs and the support provided by their vendors. The most positive comments and support experiences came from the ClaimTek clients.

Excellent products and supports

It has been an honor to be a client of ClaimTek/MedOffice since 2017. I am very fond of the MedOffice software, and thanks to the excellent tools provided by ClaimTek, I have been able to build a thriving business. While I rarely encounter issues with the software, ClaimTek has always been exceptional to work with. In particular, Mr. Raji Tannouri has been a pleasure to work with and has consistently provided invaluable assistance. He not only provides excellent technical support but also goes above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need to perform my daily tasks efficiently with the software running smoothly.
