I stayed there on 1/10, 1/11 and 1/12, on 1/13 I recieved a call that I would need to come and get my belongings and that there would be no refund for the booking thru 1/16 and also a 250 damages fee. I kmow that the room was nott smoked in, I cleaned my car out and has emptied ashtrays and such in the trash can. I do smoke very heavily so I kmow that.my clothes may have smelled but I also sprayed air freshener and linen spray on everything including had clothes. They are being ridiculous, rude , anbd should def get a refund. This is crazy Resolution Sought Refunded out money

Company states: This guest and her male companion not only smoked in the room, they also created significant damage. I have provided pictures to BCA. The police had to ask them to leave.

Are the police called on every guest issue or is it brought to the attention of the guest for resolution first? I was stood beside of the building and had my picture taken by the police and was warned not to trespass on the property. The manager said that I gave her a fake name, I gave her my VA driver's license, she said I had stayed there before, I do not recall ever staying in this hotel as I live 45 min away from there so paying for a hotel, I wouldnt. She stated I gave the name Jessica, I have never. My Aunt was VP of Embassy Suites for years, she said this was very poorly handled. Don't worry I will never stay in this hotel and I will spread the word. All that had to be done was talk to me, I wouldve corrected any issue, like an adult.

The guest did smoke in the room. In fact the guest damaged the room to the extent we had to have the local police escort them out. They are now bored from the property for destruction of property. There will be no refund. I have attached pictures of the damages. This room is still out of order.
