On 12/15/24 , I ordered 4 pairs of shoes . On 12/19/24 I received an open box delivered by ups with 4 shoes boxes inside , two of the boxes were empty. I immediately send a email to clarkes noting the missing items. On 12/20/24 I called clarkes customer service and reported then incident. I was told by Shamwez that I must get a police report and then they will take a look at the picture. There were no apologies for the open box from ups. This is the second open box and damage / missing items I have received this week from ups. Resolution Sought Refund my money or send me the items I purchased. Item 1 missing pearl pebble suede Gris-beige and Torhill turn black wlined suede. I worked hard for my money 7days per week . Please assist me in this matter.
