My Honda CR-V was involved in accident got estimate from Rodney for 3643.53 he later stated I owe what the ins. paid, but I learned I only owe for what he did repair I refused to pay the insurance amount he is holding my car he offered to buy my title instead of court sent me by text I owe 4900. Resolution Sought Well as of now I'm to Leary of getting the car I can't true he won't damage it so he can pay me 1500. The amount i paid for the car I only had the car for 2 weeks before the wreck for the total. I keep the money for the check for that pain and suffering that this whole thing has put me thru, that car was family owed from my son I never thought I would lose over something that was never my fault thank you.
