I took my car to class collision for hail damage repair's on April 26 2021. I asked for an estimated completion date and was given a 5 to 8 business days. On about the 5th of May they sent me a text telling me my completion date was pushed back to the 24th of May. On the 19th of May I went by the shop to check the status of my car. They told me it was ready for paint and it would be ready on the 24th. On Friday the 21st of May they sent me a text stating that the completion date was push back to the 27 th of May. I went to the shop on the 21st of May 21 to talk to them about the set back they told me that they ran out of glue that they needed to prep the car and would have it by the 24th and finishing the car by the 27th of may. On the 24 of May they push the completion date back to the 4th of June. I'm frustrated as he'll. I goes to shop to talk to them about it ,they tell me the car is ready for paint and I should get it by the 4th of June. June 2nd. They sent me another text telling the completion date was pushed back to the 10th of June 2021. This is the runaround at it's best. They got my car and ain't nothing I could do about it. I need help. Resolution Sought I would like for them to give me my car back in the same condition it was when I took it to them, or finish the job.
