The worst experience with Honda management and employees . I work 10 hours a day with budget trucks cooperate. I left my car there feb. 8 2024 at 9 am they never called me to say nothing was done with my car. I had to call at 530, nothing got done. I lost out a day .. today morning I arrived at Honda classic in colonial Orlando fl .. feb.9 2024 at 9 am. It is 11:28 and had to leave in a shuttle back to work. No help management did not look interested in helping the adviser had me waiting for a loner that never came I'm out again a few hours worth of pay and no one can help when I ask for help this was a very bad experience and I brought the car from here still paying a hefty price a month with a platinum package that covers nothing to Their knowledge I need help with this issue. Resolution Sought Take care of my issues the responsibility and respect fully way
