I purchased my vehicle last September. I have called and made several complaints to the dealer ship, was told to bring the vehicle in three times for repairs, i recently took it in again. Because the vehicle was not repaired correctly the first few times. I paid a deductible and still the vehicle is not working correctly. Something needs to be done. My payment is on time every month. This company is corrupted. I'm a disabled veteran with a set income. I need reliable transportation. For myself and my family. I have reached out to them many of times. And I'm getting know where with the vehicle issues. Its shaking, the breaks squeak. Which i was told it because they are new! It wont shift to park. And now its telling me my steering column is off. All check engine lights are on. The company is reusing to come pick the vehicle up and take it to the dealership, it is not drive able at this time . the company is also refusing to give me a loaner every time. I have sever ptsd and anxiety problems, i can not. Sit in a dealership all day waiting for repairs Resolution Sought I need a vehicle that will not give me problems. I need a reliable vehicle. Or they can cancel the contact and keep the vehicle that's giving me all these issues. And i want all my money back for each payment and i want my down payment back as well. I have warranty but the company has denied me to use it to the advantage of getting it fixed

Each time this vehicle was brought to our shop it was repaired. When Mr. Hankieson contacted us pertaining to the most recent problem we had the vehicle towed to the shop, and upon further conversation with the customer we were able to trade him into a different vehicle. As of this time, i believe Mr. Hankieson is happy with the results of that trade.
