HOA has placed a lien on my property due to an incident that occurred on 9-4-24 lien was put on 9-11-24 filed on the 9-24-24. They have a sale date for 10-23-24 and it hasn't been 90 days from the notice. It was illegal. Resolution Sought Investigate the matter and address it immediately.
