I gave my early 1900's sessions clock to this business to just repair and add new glass. I gave it to them April 2, 2019. He gave a timeframe of "couple weeks" It has now been 5 years. I have stopped by every few weeks and he keeps giving me the same excuse. This clock has been in my family for over 100 years. My father passed away and I inherited it. I wanted to get it in better shape. Recently I have been calling daily and he never returns my calls. Resolution Sought I want the clock back.
