I visited on Saturday, March 9, 2024. My appointment was for 3:00P.M. Upon sitting down for service the nail tech confirmed my service e of no-chip manicure. I told her I wanted a design and she asked that I go online to find one. I found a picture of nails I wanted and showed it to her. I showed it to her twice. Once she began the heart design I asked about the nail tips which were painted in the picture as well. She stated that she had already applied a top coat; however after adding the design to two nails she put a clear coat on ALL my nails. She kept looking past me to the front of the salon where other people were seated. I believe she could have added the tips, but she did not because she wanted to take another customer. I paid even though I was unhappy with the service received. After going next door to buy something from another store, I returned and asked Hu, manager, at the front desk if I could make an appointment for someone else to fix my nails and I showed him the picture. He looked for an appointment, but he continued to go back and forth with me. I felt as though he was arguing with me. He said she was not seeking another client, which was untrue. When I finished my service I went to the bathroom and when I passed back through the salon I saw her serving another customer. I asked for a number to speak to the owner and Hi said I could not. I wanted to issue a complaint against him and the nail tech. I asked if I should contact BBB and he said "yes". Resolution Sought I would like to speak to someone else at the company. I would like to file a customer service complaint against Hu, store manager. I think he has poor customer service.
