I was trying to get an application for renting at the claysburg towers I am currently living in a tent mind you and the woman that works in the office not the owner started yelling about a kitten i was holding that was asleep in my arms telling me i couldn't have an authorized animal in the building so the security guard said here I will hold said sleeping kitten and go outside side and had walked out she still yelled and told me I couldn't ask anything till I had somewhere to leave my kitten. I told her I live in a tent so I didn't have any choice but to keep her with me she then tells me she doesn't care that it didn't matter to her and refused to give me an application or even talk to me about it. Which should not be legal at very Best it's bad business practice to treat a I guess you could say customer that way so I left and caught up to the very sweet security man and was walking out the other office lady ran out started talking complaining in front of everyone about a tenant that lives there I know and complained about me coming to see him. So I pointed out to her I wasn't visiting anyone I was try to get an application for myself which if I lived there my cat would be an authorized pet but that she her staff person was rude and deliberately mean and is every time I had seen her prior to this. And tried to ask a question about the apartments and she went on to tell not only me but everyone else there personal information about a tenant so what can be done plz help me Resolution Sought I would like to think someone like that should be removed and a more qualified person be allowed to work with the public that is the only reasonable solution I could s for see needing to happen
