We have bad flooring, bad sewer lines, bad door, crooked windows, staples everywhere, stuff under linoleum, trim coming loose, not enough screws on trim outside. Resolution Sought Other than a new home, not much can be done.

The home building facility has offered as recently as 8/9/24 to send out a contractor to address your service items and you have declined service from the contractor. Why would I let them back? I've had to redo most of the stuff they done...I had to hire a plumbing contractor to fix sewer in the home...because the guy you sent said he wasn't touching it...he also told me that he wasn't licensed....so why did you send someone to do plumbing work, when he didn't have a license?? like I told you, the entire house would have to be redone...flooring, sheet rock, etc....also, I asked in my last email, what are you willing to do, still no answer....just because someone's feelings was hurt??? Not one, and I mean not one representative has come to look...had to buy our own door knob..no one showed us anything...had to clean it up ourselves, afterwards is when we found the flooring is bad in every room of the house....
