Got my new trailer key on Dec 2 ,2025 on the night of Dec 3rd whole trailer was found flooded .Have pictures and video of damage to trailer they sent someone out and he stated the plant that built the trailer had put water suppy line to dishwasher had set it the dishwasher which cut the water line to it .So when we turned water on to trailer it started leaking on the 2nd and took it to the 3rd to start showing after they used the dishwasher .They did not put dryer or wet vacuum just torn some base boards off and part of island which is so soaked it actually rip the material built with .Now they came back today because we called because water still seeping thru the wall,s and said only replacement of front walls and cabinets and some flooring .We feel due to the extreme damage yhe home should be replaced due to it being a health hazard and making payments on home that's not livable.We have pictures and video of all the damage .Also told they couldn't even start doing any repairs until Jan 2026 Resolution Sought We want clayton homes to replace the moblie home due to the damage done in not even two days. On a. New mobile homes its like a savage trailer now theywe have to pay on for years and its not worth that now with the damaged done also personal items ruined due to water damage

I will need an attorney for this matter. Certified helpers involved. Will need to send a letter faxed over. Team of local facilities involved also. Please respond when able to [email protected]. Resolution Sought Stop harassing me after 19 + years.
