Area rug was ($700) ruined by this company. Hired them to do a cleaning and they left big stains all over it, clearly from whatever cleaning solution they used. The tech has blocked my number after I sent photos. The company is doing nothing to address the issue. Resolution Sought Refund for the service ($180) and reimburse for the rug ($700). Total $880.

They also clean chimneys, $1253 for 39 minutes of work. I asked for license numbers and got two different ones and he gave me a corporate address who has no record of the job. Complete scam artist and yelled at me when I question charges. I am glad I have cameras at my house if the ever try to come back, Resolution Sought Refund the money you stole from me, documented on your fake invoice.
