Area rug was ($700) ruined by this company. Hired them to do a cleaning and they left big stains all over it, clearly from whatever cleaning solution they used. The tech has blocked my number after I sent photos. The company is doing nothing to address the issue. Resolution Sought Refund for the service ($180) and reimburse for the rug ($700). Total $880.
