I hired this company to come and clean my carpets the owner was supposed to come out instead she sent some one else my carpets were not cleaned as promised l was not happy with the services they provided and ask for a refund. Was told that a refund would be credited and it was not. Owner went away for two weeks promise when she comes back will reclean the carpets, but did not. l reached out so many times with no answers until today saying they were having family issues. owner was very rude and unprofessional. l don't want to deal with this company any longer just want my money back because the services they provided was not satisfactory and she did not clean the stains out of my carpets as promised. I gave her a second appointment to re-clean at no charge. Upon our arrival we were greeted with no answer at the door or response to calls or texts. After 20 minutes or waiting for a response, we left. After the client finally responded, we reschedule yet again however she did not acknowledge this was an acceptable time so gave the appointment to another valued customer. It is true that I went on vcation, I got married (once in a lifetime occurrence) an came home to my father having complications from surgery. I talked with this customer at my first available moment, realized how unreasonable she is and sent a refund. This was less than 3 days ago. I responded to the customer directly to her issues, you can read in the response, issued her a refund (which I have stopped payment on because of this badgering)
