Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company advertises solar leads for sale. Claims to verify all customers for no trees, good roof, correct name and phone numbers. I have received people with fake names, phone numbers invalid, live in woods and can't have Solar. Won't refund money for these leads. Selling more then 4 companies at once. They claim 4 companies only. Selling same lead twice to same company knowing only one can contact the lead. They don't give drop down for valid reasons for returns. Scam and con artists. Selling old rehashed leads Resolution Sought Refund half of our money back. We spent $300,000.00 On bs leads
