They came on 10/22/25 to reseal rodent entry points. They originally sealed the attic three years ago, but my warranty ran out and I had rodent incursions. The last tech visit was 11/15 to do a trap check. He found fresh droppings and I confirmed that there was still chewing noises. He found a hole in the base of my house that needed to be sealed and told me he would alert Joseph E. Conger (owner) to set up another visit so they could find the source of and stop the incursions. The owner did not respond and so I called twice and texted once over a week's time. No response. They warranty their work but apparently do not honor the warranty. Resolution Sought I would like a reasonable refund. They did some work, but did not stop the issue. I would like a minimum of $900 back.
