We had to have a well inspection. It is not for inside, just lawn care etc. clean Water(Rick) came out. He claimed to have run our hose for over an hour. He was here less than 30 minutes so that was not true. He said everything was fine. As a consumer I trust him as a professional to be honest and truthful. We received a call from their lab stating we had 'some e-coil' and needed to shock the well with some bleach. This was 10/1/24. We did this. We received a letter this week from our city saying we would receive a citation if we didn't have the inspection. I called the city and clean water never sent the city or myself a copy. I then called this company. I was told they didn't have our email which was strange since they had emailed us previously. They also had our phone. We gave them our email and the secretary said oh she was sorry she guesses it was in our file. I forwarded the inspection to the city. They called back and said our inspection failed so it needed to be fixed. I then called back to clean water and the lies just piled up. We had e.coli and arsenic in our well. That explains the explosive diarrhea my dogs have had. My issue was were never told about the arsenic, the severity of bacteria, or the need for further testing. I was told they would charge me another $150 for further tests. Also they were more than willing to sell us filters for in the house. This is not used indoors. We have city water. The office workers continually lied to me. Resolution Sought I don't think they should do business for government entities. They are not responsible or careful of consumer health. I was told I should know how epa water works. They need to be stopped from endangering consumers in Wisconsin.
