I ordered one box of laundry sheets. Every month since I've been billed for and received another. All attempts at stopping them has failed. Resolution Sought Take me off their list.

Our records show we've asked you several times for your order number and/or email on file that placed the order so that we can stop your subscription. Unfortunately we cannot find you in our system, so if you will please help me I can stop your subscriptions immediately.

I purchased an earth friendly detergent. It didn't work. It was a one time purchase. I emailed as I had used the product and cancelled. They acknowledged the cancellation. It was 4/2/21. I reviewed my credit card statement and found another charge. I emailed again and again was told I was cancelled 4/2/21 so that charge occurred BEFORE that date, then they asked if I'd like to return the product but there is a 15 " restock " charge- the package is 6" x 8". I again sent several VERY ANGRY emails saying CANCEL! CANCEL!! Etc. they continued to send emails to me. I finally called and the number reached a Filipino!! He could barely speak English. He said he cancelled my account and kept repeating " their protocol.". I told him I did NOT want the product. He said " your subscription is for a year.. but we will cancel." They said they Already cancelled 4/2/21 - what are they canceling on 5/21 21?!!! I was very upset and told him I cancelled!! He said yes but the cancellation didn't take effect until AFTER they sent my new " package " on 4/29/21 and charged me an additional $25. Now they are saying my order is not cancelled but they WILL cancel if I don't accept their " generous offer" of $50 gift cert for anything in their store!!! The company goes by " Earth Origins". I cancelled my credit card and reported that the card was destroyed- which I did. Please investigate these shisters!!!
