I paid $1000.00 for a consultation with this outfit then paid an additional $1000.00 to secure my loan, but then cancelled the surgery that was scheduled for 2/8/24 as I could not afford the $30,400.00 for a whole upper arch implant. I subsequently received a bill from Care Credit for another $1000.00. I disputed the charges with them and advisedly that I have paid this provider $2000.00 and have not any any services rendered from them outside of the consultation. They are still billing me! I cannot afford these services and cancelled well in advance, i have a front tooth that is missing and have no implant there and nothing to show for the $2000.00 I paid to date! This is a whole scam!!! I cannot fathom paying an additional $1000.00 for nothing! Please help!! Resolution Sought Write off the $1000.00 that they are billing me i shouldn't owe them anything since i have had nothing but a consultation and they still got $2000.00 out of me! This is insane.
