Company has been taking money from me for 8 months for credit consolidation. They have not even reached out to creditors. They never answer their phone Resolution Sought Refund my money. Pay for late fees incurred for non payment to creditors

I was contacted by this company for debt consolidation and agreed to work with them and they would take care of my debt consolidation and I would make 44 payments of 352.84 . I did what they told me ignore debtor phone calls and to forward all letters to them. I haven't heard anything and now I'm being sued by one of the debtors . The attorney or anyone at the company will answer the phones . I am left now to seek legal counsel to resolve this matter that I thought was taken care of. I stopped all payment to this company. This was started May 2023. Resolution Sought Take care of what was agreed upon and resolve My debt.
