My home land line phone has not worked since last of October 2024. I am still getting billed with no service. I have filled out several repair tickets, left message about phone problem with return call request and waited for next representative to take my call . After about 10 minutes response came that no representative was available with a hang up. Hang up when CS/rep line and repair line number was called. Resolution Sought Take my call, stop billing me and refund for bills paid without any service or call to me for an attempt on their part to repair phone problem
