My husband and I paid $1350.00 for the removal of 1 tree, cutting limbs off several trees in the front yard and back yard, putting black sealer on the tree where the limbs were cut off, and then the removal of all the cut limbs and the tree that was cut down from our property. The owner James Crane never came back to put the sealer on the cut tree limbs, and left the cut limbs in our backyard. After many calls to Mr. Crane, he kept saying he would be here to finish the job but has never shown back up after 2 months of waiting for him. Mr. Crane was also working on a job for our next door neighbors and never finished their job either. Resolution Sought We would like to get back $300 from Mr. Crane as we had to pay another Landscape Company to come and cut down to limbs that Mr. Crane had not cut yet and haul the debris away off of our property.
