I had a full mouth Dental implant from clear choice dental Implants center and I had went in to outer space and I was put sleep and been returned back home and my Dental implant was missing from my mouth and I had made a appointment to clear choice dental Implants for a replacement of my Dental implant and they the setting are gone and I have to pay another $33,000.00 dollars to have my Implant replaced Resolution Sought I would like to have my full mouth Dental implant replaced

We appreciate the opportunity to respond. The claimant was seen for consultation on March 9,2024 for dental work. He was quoted a price of $33,000 for service and never did move forward. He never became a patient of record, we did not complete any services on him, nor did he pay us any money towards treatment. Given the confidential and sensitive nature, our response is limited in detail out of our obligation to follow privacy standards. We believe we have done everything possible to resolve the claimant's issues as far as educating him on our services and ways to pay for services should he want to become a patient of record, however, we do not feel there is anything further we can provide at this point. We would be more than happy to speak with the complainant should they wish to communicate further should he want to move forward with services in the future.
