Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. There are 7 over charges to my credit card. 2/16, 3/8, 3/21, 4/12, 4/13, 4/16, 4,18. totaling $406.35 in charges to my credit card. I have called, texted and messaged. I had a text back saying they would issue a check but would not give me a date. My credit card charges interst rate of 27.49 apr . This is the 3rd month. Resolution Sought I need a check next day to pay my bill.
