In 2020, I received a consolidation loan from Clear One Advantage. Recently, one of my creditors is claiming they never received payment. I have been unable to get cooperation from Clear One Advantage. They have not provided any back up documentation showing payments made to the creditor. Now, I am being sued for nonpayment. Resolution Sought I would like Clear One Advantage to have to pay what they agreed to pay the creditor plus all legal expenses for the trouble they have caused.

Thank you for allowing ClearOne Advantage, LLC ("COA") the opportunity to resolve this complaint. A member of COA's management team has reached out to Ms. Winder and are in process of resolving her concerns. COA has provided proof of payments to Ms. Winder and confirmed the completion of the settlement. COA will work directly with her creditor to provide proof of settlement completion. We regret this creditor has not reported this settlement accurately and we will continue to work with Ms. Winder until this issue is fully resolved.

My mother enrolled in a debt enrollment program, ClearOne Advantage. The initial enrollment was $14,000 with all the bills she had. $10.700 was paid already. When my mother called the company and asked when it's gonna be settled, they told her pretty soon because she only has two accounts left to settle. If she only has two accounts left to pay off, why is the pay off date sometime in 2025. What is left is close to $4000, how is it that it's gonna take more than a year to happen. My mother read a lot of bad reviews of their website. How come my mother suddenly got a call from T-Mobile about five hundred and something dollars. This organization is cheating my mother because they don't make their figures transparent. My mother struggles, she's on a fixed income and she's not well. She's deemed disabled by social security. I think my mother showed enough good faith, she wasn't trying to get over on no one, that's not her way. I have to shop for my mother because by the time she takes out for rent, she doesn't have enough to do a proper grocery shopping. Resolution Sought I'd like to close the account and whatever they got, they got.
