New construction error. We purchased a new home in Warren and the foundation was poured incorrectly for the porch. We brought this to the project manager attention immediately. After the completion of the home, we notice a large hole in the side of the porch. We contacted the City of Warren Building inspector he came and made the project manager and Clearview Homes correct the error. His poor and sloppy work left us with a horrible eye sore to our porch and lawn. It will be 3 years in August and they have yet fixed the problem. After several calls, emails and letters, they have yet resolved the problem. As well as we have a one year punch list of repairs that's is in our purchase agreement contract that have not been repaired and that has been 2 years. Please help us, this was supposed to be our dream home that we as a young couple worked very hard to achieve. And we are stuck with no resolution from this company for a $290,000 home. We just want what we paid for Resolution Sought Honor the purchase agreement contract and correct their error and give us the home we purchased.
