Clearwater pools was hired by American Home Shield to install a new pool heater at my home. They were to place the heater facing front, since the last pool company put it in backwards so they didn't have to rework the water supply. They were paid extra by AHS to do this. Instead, they also don't communicate, they decided to also place it backwards. When told the heater was facing the wrong direction, they called the manager,Ryan, and he told them to proceed with what they were doing. The workers told me Ryan would talk to me. I told them that their job was unacceptable, and they left. Now I'm left with a heater that is backwards. I want the money they were paid to hire a competent company to rework the water supply to the heater and turn the heater the correct way. I also have a complaint against Universal Pools that gave me a damaged heater and did damage to my property and installed the damaged heater the wrong way. If you notice both companies were hired by AHS. They have a reputation of hiring bad companies no reputable company will work for them. But they will take your monthly payment and give you nothing but aggravation. The reason why I have them is I am a senior citizen and have no one to fix things. But because of their affect on my health I will have to end my subscription. Resolution Sought Money to have a reputable company come and install the pool heater the right way.
