Had a power surge and burned up my A/C condenser Fri. 7/14, which I witnessed about8:00pm. The following day, notice on of my two central A/C units was not cooling , so called serviceman to check, and confirmed my condenser (outside) had been burned out, I notified Cleco and received a letter on 7/21 that it was determined that a fallen branch outside of the Cleco maintenance right of way, and Cleco would not accept responsibility for this significant re imbursement cost to replace my condenser unit. I am very familiar with the outage area, and there's not a tree in site , but my money taken every month is well within the Cleco right of way. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for my lost monetary expense, I will overlook the almost 2 weeks starting July14- 21, as of now still no unit installed. didn't even get a phone call. New unit Cost is $35,00.00.

Been loyal customer since1986 at 67 Harold Ivey Rd. Few months ago, transformer near meter blew out. Hazard crew came.. Replaced transformer. Today, cleco pulled our meter while we were gone. Accused us of tampering. Had to pay 120 dollars tampering fee and 75.00 planning commission. Without power for the next 4 or 5 days? 3 freezers running. HELP!!! Resolution Sought Restore power and reimburse fee at the address provided.
