I bought a car from them in June at the time of purchase I purchased a 2009 vw cc . The only thing I saw wrong with the car was the reverse light was out they scheduled me a appointment to bring it in the following week to get fixed they later called an said the vehicle had a ton of things wrong an that they spoke to Clement dealer an they then told them to repair all things wrong with the car they later contacted me to let me know that the car hadn't been severiced are anything an that it should have been done before the purchase . An it wasn't they then had my car for three weeks at the time of pick up on my way home I noticed the check engine light was on I then was frustrated an just keep the car foemr a week are so thinking maybe it was just reprogramming it self because of all the work that supposedly was to be fixed well it didn't. I contact them to bring it back in to get looked at well they came out an told me the car had a major oil leak an that it was not covered under warranty when all along the car already had oil leak problems. Resolution Sought I would like for them to give me another car with out having to pay a dime to be treated as loyal valued customer

I was sold a 2020 Malibu from them on 4-6-2021, that very same weekend the car had to be towed because it stop on the interstate, the alternator had to be replaced, on june 21,2021 the transmission in tried to get my license plates and couldn't because the car failed the emissions test. My brother was to be the cosigner on the car but they got him on the loan as the buyer which has caused conflict between us. I need to have fixed by changing the ownership to me the rightful owner and to be made whole with the late fees this has caused. Resolution Sought Get a car that I can depend on and have my brother name put as the cosigner instead of the buyer.
