The woman working the phone was very rude and childish

The woman working the phone was very rude and childish. She hung up on me because she thought I was being loud with her when I was just speaking in a normal voice. And then, when I tried to call back, she continued to hang up on me like a twelve-year-old kid, when is there problem that they need to come fix on a gas leak? But I'll have to get it fixed by somebody else
