Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

I called the company to fix my AC unit and that there is a wire issue. The worker came and started to look around. He grab a wire and told me the fuses were not working. I gave the worker new fuses and he replaced them. Then he turned on the breaker and immediately left. The AC only lasted 30 minutes and it stopped working. I called the company again and they sent a new person to check it out. The worker told me that the other worker did not checked throughly and just put a random wire that made the AC to blow up and stop working. Later then we called the owner of the company about the issue. The owner was really rude. He called my dad a liar and that he is not responsible for his workers work. That its our fault that it broke down. The owner wanted us to pay $4987 to have their company to fix it and that we are responsible to buy the new AC that they want to install. Resolution Sought I would like the company to take accountability for their actions and come up with a solution. With a refund.
