Stole my money!

Took an initial deposit for a backyard project and then never started the work. Blocked my calls and never contacted me again. He is a thieve and a con artist, as is his wife, Charlene, who came to our house to pick up the deposit.

Breach of Contract by Orange County Builders and Design/Clesceri Construction/OC Hardscape, Inc.

The owner accepted payments, did not complete the work after starting in December, 2018, and after many delays in progress has not complied with the contract since mid-August,2019.
