Explanation. Also , to let manager know I have complained to the state about this matter.

Poor communication skills management has concerning a denied rental application. This is my first time experience with denial of a application. Which is questionable. The manager refuses to discuss why. Claims she mailed out a denial letter on 6/21/2021.
