I had booked within 24 hours a limo car to pick my 91-year-old mother with dementia and her caregiver up from Judson Park in Cleveland. It was a 10:00 pickup the driver arrived 20 minutes early my mother was afraid and decided she couldn't go. I immediately canceled the driver within the next half hour or so the staff at Judson was able to convince my mother to get in the car I quickly called the limo back but they said they couldn't do the drive anymore because of the NBA basketball that was in town and they were too busy. The 321.28 was for my mother the $110.97 was for her caregiver to get a ride back to Cleveland. I am refuting these charges. Yes I canceled but yes I contacted them back in a very timely manner but they were too busy too transport. I honestly think given the circumstances any reputable company would reimburse the charges. The owner that called me was hostile and angry on the phone I would not recommend this company. Ironically they warned me against other companies saying that other companies were not as reputable as one might think and then it turns out that they're the company that just stiffed me weren't even willing to work anything out with me. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of $432.25 that's $321.28 for my mother who never went in the car and for her caregiver $110.97 totaling $432.25 that's how much money they got paid for sitting there for 15 minutes and then leaving and then being called back and refusing to come back.

Our cancellation policy which was told on the phone and sent in all emails is if you cancel within 24 hours there is no refunds for any reasons. She cancelled when the chauffeur was on location. We turned down numerous reservations in her time slot. Below is our terms and conditions which she agreed to at time of booking. All credit cards are charged at time of reservation is accepted by Cleveland Taxi Limo. Cancellations and refunds are allowed up to 24 hours in advance of travel for vehicles 7 passengers and under for non blossom shows. All reservations for buses greater than 7 passengers or hourly subject to a $200 Non-Refundable deposit at time of booking. No refunds 30 days before reservation date for hourly trips, any buses 8 passengers and greater. We reserve the to substitute vehicles with similar seating capacity or larger vehicles at our discretion. No Refunds for all Blossom Music Center booking 30 days before the show. Phone reservations will incur a $2.99 admin fee which is waived for online reservations. All online reservations have a 20 default gratuity added. All online line reservations are not final until confirmed by operations (confirmation email will be sent). The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. The Sanitation fee is 250.00 if the passenger soils the vehicle.Smoking is not permitted in our limousines. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients. For scheduled non airport pick ups overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on reservation.If the full 15 minutes is used a $15 overtime fee will be added plus a $1 per minute charge for any time over 15 minutes will be accessed. If Client is more than 30 minutes late. we may cancel the trip if it interferes with the chauffeurs next pick up. For Airport reservations drivers will be curbside baggage claim within 30 minutes after the flight lands. Overtime charge will start 45 minutes after flight lands at a rate of $1 per minute. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Blossom Music Center customers must return to the vehicle 30 minutes after the show ends. There will be a $1 per minute wait time after 30 minutes for flat rated trips. PRIVACY POLICY We value the information you share with us. We will never share your information.
