A/C went out on Saturday & googles ratings, due to their good rating, went w/Climatech. Appreciated that came w/in hour of call as a/c was out in 100+ heat. Charged me $402 to replace compositor & said master bedroom needed direct air duct which wld b $350 (master bedroom was also hot than rest of home). Since this day, recv electric bill $900 as pulling over 200watts a day! Called & came back out 3 times & assured not a/c & nothing can do abt bedroom but to pay to get direct duct to room. ASSURED me wasn't a/c & would "make it right" if was. Contacted them after paying yet ANOTHER a/c co. & found bad electric heating strip causing heat & air to run & electric usage & also fixed my bedroom issue!!!!!Emailed Climatech & adv, basically responded w/find it hard to believe?!! Then didn't respond!!! Would NOT refer this co. as DONT trust this co. & doesn't keep their word or know what their doing as this should have been found on visit 2 @ most visit 3!!!! She never responded!! Resolution Sought Refund my amount paid to them & pay $350.00 of electric bill as if would of been found when they came 2nd time, electric use wouldn't of occurred so long causing $8xx.00 bill.

When the customer made her first call to our office on June 25th, it was for a no cool. We thoroughly went through the system and found it was a bad capacitor. We replaced capacitor and the system then worked properly with correct air flow temperature differences coming through all vents. Customer than called the 2nd time 3 days later on June 28th and stated her electric bill was high and poor airflow and claimed the capacitor was the problem (within 3 days you do not get an electric bill). We had the same technician go out and check air flow again as the capacitor can not make electric bill go high. The technician went through the whole system and system was working properly with proper air flow across the coil. Customer called her 3rd time on July 15th (20 days after original call) stated electric bill issue again and air flow problem in master bedroom. We than had a different technician go out and thoroughly check system and they also had the same air flow as original tech with no air flow issues. The duct to master bedroom was working and blowing cool air, customer stated it was not cool enough for her so we advised adding another duct run. As far as the other company coming out and charging her for heat strips; if the temperature was not reading correctly it would have shown heat strip being bad but all readings were within limits and good.

This is not accurate, when I reached out to Climatech initially I advised that it was not working but that right before it went out that my master bedroom started to stop cooling and then went out. So there were 2 issues. They fixed the one issue by getting g my air back on that day and by telling my that my capacitor needed to be replaced and that I needed to get need vents routes to by bedroom! I even have the invoices to prove it!!! They wanted to charge me another $350 to do that and gave me some bs that it was because my master was located in the west side were the sun hits the most! Then the literally the day they installed, I seen that my bill was using 4 x the watts in electricity as I have daily and weekly reports of my usage and called then so then I now i called abt the high electric bill and showed them my bill since literally the day they came and again my master room was still hot. They came again. Still gave same reasoning for master room and wanted to charge me $350 and put a new unit in! Then came once again for high bill for 3rd time and still guaranteed me had nothing to do with a/c and said if did would make it right.
