My vehicle was in a minor accident requiring just over 13,000$ worth of air body work. Shop said they were not behind,,but I expected some delay due to parts. Have never been able to get through to shop to find out updates,and they won't return messages. Every date that was projected would come with no message and when I had to go by I was told 3 more weeks. On July 23rd the vehicle was supposed to be ready but I never received a call. The following Monday I went by the shop because again they wouldn't answer the phone and waited for 15 min in the lobby while a woman checked on the status. When she didn't come back I walked into the area where she had gone because the employees had allowed me to look at my truck the last few times while checking on status. Got into a dispute with one of the employees whom I had talked to before. Dylan,had been manager. He got in my face and told me that another woman had called and left a message. The shop has never called me.Never left a message,in 4 months. As we were arguing I was told to leave. I have just had a hip replacement surgery so I couldn't leave very fast and the employee Dylan pushed me while calling me a crack head. I am skinny because of a medical condition created by medical malpractice. I was pushed by another woman from the side,and pushed back without seeing who. I was escorted out while being insulted. Tried to explain to main manager and cops but got a ticket for trespass just trying to get my truck back. Over 4 month Resolution Sought I just want my truck back, I have doctors appointments every day rt now and need my vehicle back to get there.
