Bought a new pool pump from them on 7/06/2020 with a one year warranty, I have talked to pool tech and the pump builder, have yet to get this resolved Resolution Sought A new pump the chems it is going to take to get the pool clean again and an apology for the bad service they have put me thru

I have been in contact with this customer the entire time, I am not even sure why this complaint was filed. We were waiting to hear back from the manufacturer on the warranty on the pump, and they are sending him a new one as soon as they receive the old, broken one...which is their return policy.
