I went back to change my order and was told' I don't care we are not changing your sandwich

I called in my order of two beef sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant. I picked up my order and their was beef bacon instead of sauge. I went back to change my order and was told' I don't care we are not changing your sandwich and you can't get your money back. I wasn't mad about the money or the sandwiches. It the fact that we let this foreigner in our Neighbor hood for years made him thousands of dollars, and for him to tell me a customer for 10 year's he don't care about me. It worries me. Lord knows I'm not perfect and I could of ordered bacon but when people start saying things like I don't care, get out my store, hurry up and buy, after you supported this place for over 10 years. It makes me raise an eye brille.
