We hired Ne. Vargas the middle of January he said he would be done in 6 weeks the middle of June not much was done, so I prepared a contract with all the things he had agreed to. We had discussed my helping and getting paid. So, I added that in. I gave it to him he read it and said he had not agreed to the things he said he would do. He said he would quite and give us back our money. I contacted him for weeks and he kept saying a different time. Finally he gave us $ 2,500 with a promise to have more in a week and the rest the week later. I called to check when we pick up the next Payment, also ask when he could pick up the big rocks that were for the water fall. He got mad and said take him to court he was giving us no more money back. Resolution Sought Give me back all our money as he said he would. To be out of business, so he can't do this to anyone else.
