Just don't know where to start, but the body shop would be a good place to start. First of all they know how to really cheat the insurance company out of a lot of money. Did not fix my truck in a timely manner or do all that i wanted. They are always right???? I have been a ford family owner all of my life (i'm 72) i have bought at least 10 new vehicles. I know all about the way things are (blaming all on covid) i have bought my last truck, car, suv from Cloninger in Salisbury n.C. i have no confidence in them. After i get home i look at my bill and they have my dad"s bill on mine. I am planning on taking this back and see what is the matter. I could say a lot more but it will get no better. So be beware of doing business with Cloninger ford of Salisbury n.C. if i could i would not even give them a star Resolution Sought to be reported to the better business bureau

Well my car was a recall for a transmission in August I drop it off on August 1st they look at it all week,then I got it back on August 5th. I was ok for a week me thinking it needed a badery I replaced it then it stop running on the return it on the 13th rented cars to go to work from the 13th tru 18th thru two rental company on me full coverage on my car on the 19th car would not run or start up I was stranded at a store next a man got it started,so to the dealership I want turn off the car and it still did not turn over for them and now they are saying I owe them 250 some dollar when I got it back on the 5th I payed 250 some dollars for a badery that they never put in.now they are saying they did something else for that amount,I think I need help Tim the manager thinks they are doing something wrong to.HELP Resolution Sought So why a recall on my car turn turdle when my car was running with no problems?
