JOKE OF A COMPANY

Horrible customer service, pushy sales people and shady tactics. For whatever reason I thought this was a big, professional company. That is FAR from the truth. They send out 'sales' people to give you a quote and design, the entire process is confusing from the start and you aren't very clear what your closet will end up looking like. They further push while you are in your house to make a commitment that you don't really want to do. Then they allow you "3 days to cancel" after you put in a deposit. I called in within these 3 days and cancelled my project, because I was still unsure of the colors and designs I wanted to put in. Well, conveniently they never cancelled my project. I was contacted about an install date and let them know that I had cancelled. Then a manager contacted me and told me the same nonsense, which I once again simply explained the PROJECT WAS CANCELLED. He said he would look into it, but days later and he never contacted back. I ended up having to dispute their charges with my credit card company. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Go elsewhere, this company needs to shut down.

A very caring designer

I had an appointment with the no 1 designer of closet world, she was two hours late. And she was still at her house. I called the company, the company wanted me to give them the other chance. Audra Warner was on time. She was very detail for everything. She will try her best to help the customer. I am so happy let her to help me. I think she will be the best designer of closet world. I will give her many referral.
