We bought a groom salon 2021 July and got the clover app for payments. Discovered it didn't work with our computer program and contacted the agent to cancel. Here we are years later still being billed and no one knows how to get clover to cancel!!!! Resolution Sought Cancel service, they can see we used approx one week! And refund our monthly bill money.

Made a deposit from our clover device into our business account. They did not put in the disclosures that they did not make deposits over the weekend or that we have to make 12 different card transactions before we can use rapid deposit. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. They can take money out on a holiday but can't deposit on a holiday. None of what the customer service representative told me was in the disclosures before I opened their card reader. Resolution Sought Refund of card reader and make deposit available as soon as possible. This is hindering my business.
