Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Clover is withholding my funds illegally. They are charging for non existing services. They are predatory and are very unethical. They so know what they are doing is illegal, they didn't go to my bank account and take my fund like a usual monthly payment. Clover went through the back door and try to steal my processed payment through my processor vizypay. Clover did it this way because they know they are trying to steal small business hard working earned money who have no subscription or cancelation subscription. It appears that clover traps you and continues to take money from you or continue charging you even after they are aware of the account with them being closed. Highly unethical company. They stole my money $900. And now i cant pay staff for working 12hours on 4th of July. Resolution Sought Return my money. I don't owe clover any money. Return my 900$ immediately.

We bought a groom salon 2021 July and got the clover app for payments. Discovered it didn't work with our computer program and contacted the agent to cancel. Here we are years later still being billed and no one knows how to get clover to cancel!!!! Resolution Sought Cancel service, they can see we used approx one week! And refund our monthly bill money.
