This company deposited my account with all my credit card transactions my first 5 days of opening. The next week nothing each day my credit card transaction were withheld, making it nearly impossible to run my small restaurant. Approx. 500 Monday 600 Tuesday 900 Wednesday 900 Thursday 40 on Friday With labor and product being so high I need those funds as quickly as possible. I don't have a big start up fund. I live paycheck to paycheck until we hit that growth mark. There are no supervisors in center at Clover, no team leads and if you ask to speak with one they will just send you over to a line that will be disconnected. The total number of times that has happened to me is 17 times. The part that really made me cry was when I looked in my checking account and talked to my bank and they said Clover had started taking money out of my account daily. How is this allowed I'm shocked customers are allowed to be treated like this no answers, no accountability, they take your money never even saying why. Resolution Sought Deposit my account with monies due.
