Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I've been going to Club 7 1 7 for years now. Now all of a sudden they are charging people to get in. And I don't think they could do that because they don't have the license to charge I thought. But I really think it's the security people that's doing it because some people they charge and some people they don't and they are charging people different prices. Something needs to be done about that. Resolution Sought Get rid of the people that is doing it if they are doing it illegally.
